What We Do

Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are a specialist supplier of Energy Performance Certificates for Domestic and Commercial sale or rental properties; professional Floorplans and Home Condition Surveys. Via our associates, we cover a very large area of Kent and Sussex ranging from Worthing to Margate. We are a totally independent company, although we have strong working relationships with many local agents and property professionals.

Who We Are

The company was formed by Paul Lyons, BSc. After many years working in professional services, Paul trained as a Home Inspector and Energy Assessor qualifying in August 2007, and is a member of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors. Our philosophy is that whilst clients may initally use our service due to competitive pricing, we aim to be remembered and recommended for our professionalism, courtesy, speed and efficiency. We work with a small network of trusted assessors so that your requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally, even at the busiest of times.

Any assessor who visits your property will be vetted, experienced, a member of a government approved certification scheme and carry full professional indemnity/public liability insurance.
