The floorplan is drafted by our assessor at the same appointment as the Energy Performance Certificate, saving you time and money in bringing the property to market. Our floorplan is produced using a recognised industry standard software and the layout/colour can be customised to your requirements. It will normally be available within 24 hours of the appointment and can be emailed directly to an estate agent for inclusion in sales particulars.
