A professionally produced floorplan is considered by many agents to be an essential property marketing tool. It is especially useful where the property dimensions, layout, or room sizes are unusual. We have produced hundreds of floorplans since early 2008, ranging from simple flats to very challenging properties on numerous levels.

Floorplans can be produced on their own or can be combined in one visit with the Energy Performance Certificate, saving you time and money in bringing your property to market. Our floorplan is produced using recognised industry standard software and the layout/colour can be customised as required. It is normally available within 24 hours of the appointment and can be emailed directly to an estate agent for inclusion in sales particulars.
