Home Condition Surveys (HCS's)

A Home Condition Survey (HCS) is a 'light' alternative to the traditional surveyor's report at a fraction of the cost.

It follows a standard format, providing condition ratings for the keys areas of the property and can only be produced by a Home Inspector who is a member of a government approved certification scheme. The HCS allows the buyer to proceed with confidence, whilst highlighting any issues with the property that require repair or further investigation. The HCS is suitable for small and medium sized properties of standard construction.

A survey usually takes two to three hours and the report will typically be ready within two working days.
