What We Do

Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are a specialist supplier of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for both Domestic and Commercial properties; professional Floorplans; and Code For Sustainable Homes Assessments. Via our associates, we cover a very large area of Kent, Sussex and Surrey ranging from Canterbury to Worthing and Woking. We are a totally independent company, although we have strong working relationships with many local agents and property professionals.

Who We Are

The company was formed by Paul Lyons BSc in August 2007, with a previous background in professional services and property development  Our philosophy is that whilst clients may initally use our service due to competitive pricing, we aim to be remembered and recommended for our professionalism, courtesy, speed and efficiency. We work with a small network of trusted assessors so that your requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally, even at the busiest of times.

Any assessor who visits your property will be vetted, highly experienced, a member of a government approved certification scheme and carry full professional indemnity/public liability insurance.
