Based in Tunbridge Wells, we are a 'one stop' resource for any or all components of the Home Information Pack including all required searches and land registry documents; Energy Performance Certificates for sale or rental properties; professional Floorplans and Home Condition Reports/Surveys. Via our associates, we cover a very large area of Kent and Sussex ranging from Horsham to Margate.

Who We Are

The company was formed by Paul Lyons, BSc. After many years working in professional services, I trained as a Home Inspector and Energy Assessor qualifying in August 2007, and am a member of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors. Our philosophy is that whilst clients may initally use our service due to competitive pricing, we aim to be remembered and recommended for our professionalism, courtesy, speed and efficiency. We work with a small network of trusted assessors and home inspectors so that your requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally, even at the busiest of times.

Any assessor who visits your home will be vetted, experienced, a member of a government approved certification scheme and carry full professional indemnity/public liability insurance.
